Motive : He needs a job which is teaching

Situation : He get a job as a English teacher and he need to teach some foreign students who come from different countries.

3 Act Structure : 

ACT 1 :  Mr. Brown needs a teaching job

ACT 2 : He get a job as a English teacher who is to teach some foreign students who have different language, culture and religion that he needs to control.

ACT 3 : He still keeps the job even though he is struggling to teach the students.
